Legal Implications of Test Security

A testing program’s legal relationship with its examinees (i.e., candidates, test-takers, etc.) is crucial to its ability to aggressively manage cheating and piracy, and their many corrosive effects. This presentation will examine the rights of testing programs to invalidate test results and take other remedial actions when cheating is suspected. Specifically, we will explore the elements of a legal a framework for the appropriate and defensible use of Caveon Data Forensics.™
