On April 23, ACT and Advanced Placement test materials were discovered missing from what was described as a “very secure area” within the school, Cherry Creek School District spokeswoman Tustin Amole said.

Some of Berkeley High’s best students are among nearly three dozen students suspended for hacking into the school’s attendance system, an act that could lead to criminal prosecution, administrators said Thursday.

Dozens of Bowie High students, some of whom were skipped ahead a grade level without explanation, did not take tests that would have affected the school’s standing with the state and federal governments, an internal audit by the El Paso Independent School District showed.

Clear Creek ISD officials are trying to determine how about 200 English IV students at Clear Lake High School were able to get test answers before taking their final exam in December.

- About 10 Corona del Mar High School sophomores had test answers before an exam earlier this school year by purchasing test banks on Amazon.com, the school’s principal told members of the PTA at a meeting today.
