Dear Associate,
Each week I review a number of cheating-related news stories and then choose the most useful to include in this e-mail. Useful stories report the problems of cheating and also offer solutions.
This week's stories contain several solutions: At a High School in California the principal had enough of students using cell phones to cheat -- and banned them. In Colorado an audit was done to discover problems with EMT tests -- and a test security plan was put in place. And at the Air Force Academy test results were carefully reviewed to determine the statistical feasibility of cheating.
Beyond articles in the press, many organizations are providing solutions to this problem. If your organization has solutions to test piracy or cheating (and you're willing to share) please let me know and I'll pass them on via this e-mail.
Regards,
Don Sorensen
