As bad as cheating is here in the good ole' USA at least we aren't requiring armed proctors to combat the "cheating mafia" as some areas in India are forced to do. Over in South Korea this year's CSAT examinees will be introduced the proctor -- and his metal detector -- no, not to spot firearms but to detect cell phones. You might remember they had a huge cell phone cheating scandal last year and many examinees were arrested.
