Dear Associate, |
| Today the cold white snow of my home state Utah has been replaced with the warm white sand of South Beach Florida. I'm doing this e-mail direct from the annual NOCA conference (we all must make sacrifices). I thought it was rather ironic that we're attending this conference in such a beautiful place and spending the whole day in a hotel. Go figure. |
